Develop analytical tools with KDB/q and Python. Build dashboards and reports for collateral management. Maintain team's production systems and risk infrastructure.Support the desk's day-to-day-business by collaborating with business units and IT teams.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the rolewill bebetween $200,000and $250,000per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.Requirements:Requires a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as an Associate, Desk Strategist, Quantitative Specialist, or a related role.Requires two (2) years of experience with: programming in KDB/Q; Python with statistical libraries, including numpy and pandas; and UI development skills, including AngularJS or JavaScript.
