Responsibilities
• Manage complex scheduling for the VP URM• Manage travel itinerary for in-state and out-of-state meetings• Coordinate and administer activities across URM areas• Develop and advise on policy and processes related to media relations, corporate communications, and marketing• Provide executive, project, and operational support to the VP for URM• Maintain confidential personnel files and assure compliance with affirmative action guidelines• Support personnel searches and develop systems to maintain records• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items• Establish and maintain strong relationships and communication with colleagues• Work effectively in a high-level, fast-paced administrative office
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position• Demonstrable ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and web browsers
