As the Listing & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the real estate team by implementing and continually improving systems and procedures to assist the team in reaching their goal of delivering a personalized experience to each of our clients. Most importantly you must have impeccable communication with the team and our clients. Exceptional attention to detail is necessary and expected. The position will require working from checklists, management of multiple schedules, listing management, home staging design and coordination, listing input, client gifting, marketing plan execution, coordinating light home revisions, and managing the day-to-day needs of our clients and agents.Responsibilities:Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3 pm (30 hours per week)Work from a checklist and be held accountable weeklyDesign and coordinate marketing for all listings (photos, videos, flyers, etc.)Communicate with clients and log calls/texts in Follow-Up BossManage the online presence of all listings via MLS and other online portalsBe an accountability partner with the sales team through contests and Trello boardsAttend prescribed trainingAttend weekly team meeting (Thursday 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)Manage 20-40 listings at any given timeWillingness to continue to learn and set up systems to improve client care and productionComplete weekly calls to all Listing ClientsCoordinate surprise and delight experiences in each transactionRun errands as needed (lockbox placement, post office, etc.)Vacant listing check-ins weeklySign managementQualifications:Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal formOrganized, systematic, and detail-oriented, while remaining flexible and adaptable as situations changeAbility to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurringMaintains a professional demeanor with clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsMust work from a schedule and checklistsSolid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and TrelloMaintain a positive attitude during stressful transactionsConfident phone voiceAbility to work both independently and with a teamMust have an Oregon Driver's License & reliable vehicleBasic graphic design skills are a bonusCopywriting skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to meet deadlinesAbout Company:A Hardworking Team with a STRONG desire to produce and provide SOLUTIONS.
