Traveling Superintendent

Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing all construction projects and activities related to commercial and retail ground-up projects.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety standards are met on all construction sites. Manage subcontractors and oversee adherence to construction plans. Maintain cost control and ensure projects are completed within budget. Schedule and coordinate building inspections. Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that deadlines are met. Train and manage personnel to ensure quality workmanship. Resolve conflicts between personnel and subcontractors. Ensure that all materials and tools required for construction are available. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial and/or retail ground-up construction. Excellent project management, problem solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
