The Role
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.
Conduct due diligence on properties involved in transactions, which my include reviewing title reports, surveys, environmental assessments, zoning reports, and other relevant documents to ensure there are no issues that could affect the transaction.
Coordinate the closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared, executed, and filed appropriately.
Examine title documents and assess any encumbrances, liens, or other restrictions that may affect the property's ownership or use.
Negotiations of lease agreements on behalf of landlords or tenants, ensuring that the terms of the lease protect their clients' interests and comply with applicable laws.
