Please refer to the Blain's Farm & Fleet position description for accurate pay range information. This position serves as the link between the organization and the EDI trading partners. The EDI Business Analyst will set up trading partners, test documents, and maintain trading partner relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and critical thinking, be able to analyze and resolve issue and errors, and respond to end user and vendor requests.
Essential (Primary) Functions:
Administer all receiving and sending of all EDI documents and perform troubleshooting on all processes to resolve all content issues and map problemsCoordinate with Third Party EDI and new Trading Partners to maintain business relationships, set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer serviceCollaborate with trading partners and perform tests on all EDI transmissions, maintain all documents for trading partner set ups and analyze all customer requirements for processesDesign all EDI map documents and prepare all tests data and manage all communication with trading partners and assist to produce all operational documents for all end usersManage all service calls and provide technological support to resolve all issues and maintain all processes to manage all inbound and outbound data within required time frameWork closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand their needs and priorities.Managing relationships with EDI service providers and managed service vendors.Basic understanding of EDIExperience working with EDI software and tools, such as IBM Sterling, SPS Commerce, or True Commerce.Experience with Microsoft AX or D365 preferredBlain Supply, Inc and Blain's Farm and Fleet (collectively "Blain's") is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
