About the team DataNavigator is the back-office transaction management component of the FIS Enterprise Payments platform, aggregating data from all the disparate acquisition channels and processing systems. As part of the central payments engine in a hub and spoke architecture, DataNavigator is a dynamic product that supports banks, processors, issuers, acquirers, and retail lines of business globally to obtain a real-time enterprise-wide view of all transactions and consumer interactions flowing through the system.
This endless stream of information has to be stored, aggregated and analyzed. DataNavigator optimizes the Transaction Research, Exception Management, ATM Management, Settlement and Reporting functions in one central location. The team will be managing the work for DataNavigator applications.
Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we strive to deliver effective solutions for our customers using our evolving payment platform.

What you will be doing • Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products.
• Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Writes code, completes development tasks for various projects and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
• Opportunity to involve in modernization of application with cloud technologies.
• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile Methodology
• Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
• May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
• 5+ years of IT experience with programming languages on C/C++, UNIX, Oracle
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
• Strong design and programming knowledge using either C/C++ on Unix/Linux environment.
• Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL such as Oracle and DB2
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
• Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
