Join us and be a part of something extraordinary!Position Purpose:As the Ticket Sales and Operations Specialist, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, handling administrative, technical, and analytical tasks. From managing ticket sales reports to serving as a liaison between the Box Office and key stakeholders, your role is crucial to our success.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus two years of ticket sales experience highly preferred.Three years of progressive customer service experience required.Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and intermediate computer skills.Familiarity with web-based ticketing software, especially AudienceView preferred.Salary and BenefitsStarting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $4,379 to $4,998 a month. This is a full time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15 paid holidays are offered each year.
