Sales position providing industrial hardware to customersCold-calling and prospecting within a defined territoryDeveloping new sales prospects through various methods

Responsibilities
• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on other businesses• Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects• Service customers according to company training materials• Submit complete and accurate daily business report• Present products and services to existing and prospective customers• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the mobile store• Maintain customer contact information through company software• Provide fully insured vehicle and necessary tools for assigned sales territory• Participate in ongoing professional development activities• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent• Outside industrial sales experience preferred• Proven history of goal attainment• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills• Detail-oriented• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and information• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications• Working knowledge of the products we sell is helpful• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved vehicle• Must reside within territory• Above average mechanical interest• Demonstrated ability to work independently• Ability to kneel & bend down to the floor regularly• Clean driving history• Conduct oneself in a professional manner when representing the company
