Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates in engineering, technical and manufacturing fields. Evaluate candidates through various methods like cold calls, job boards, and social networks. Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conduct interviews to assess skills, work history, and salary requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for clients. Negotiate bill and pay rates under supervision. Ensure candidate compliance with pre-hire requirements. Exceed client expectations with timely placements. Cultivate long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Meet and surpass weekly business development goals. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' engineering industry experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Ability to meet recruiting metrics and performance requirements. Excellent communication skills with candidates and clients. Desire to build a recruiting career with proven negotiation and closing skills. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong client service, organizational, and follow-up skills. Quick learner of new software tools. #M1
