We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers that also provide long-term care. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the nursing departments. Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Purpose Organize and sustain staffing within the facility. Understand Staffing Needs. Able to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fill. Desired Experience and Education Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License. Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facility. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
