EveryMatrix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between the infrastructure team and other departments ensuring that infrastructure projects align with the companys strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for infrastructure projects. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value technical complexity and resource constraints. Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status risks and issues. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes increase efficiency and enhance the overall performance of the infrastructure team. Act as a subject matter expert on technical matters providing guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation including project plans requirements documents and user manuals. Participate in crossfunctional meetings and workshops to align infrastructure projects with the companys strategic goals and objectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field. Masters degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technologydriven environment. Indepth understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including servers networks cloud platforms and security principles. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage resources effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT service management and ITIL framework. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Work Life Balance: Enjoy 22 annual leave days with the number increasing to 32 after 5 years with the company; 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctors note); 40% work from home over any 3month period after the first 3 months; During the first 3 months 100% work from the office central location near University Square; If returning to work soon after having child 1 year 100% WFH for mothers; WFH after child is born for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child).
