Job Specifications: Housing: May Be Available Outlet: Beaver Creek Golf Club Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.99 / hour Shift Availability: Full Time and Part Time Job Responsibilities: Assist in training, disciplining and performance management and goal setting for housekeeping department. Responsible to run housekeeping daily operations for the entire golf operation. Daily preparation includes, cleaning bathrooms for all three levels in clubhouse, re-stock supplies when needed, vacuum clubhouse as needed, dust all areas of clubhouse and mop tile areas three times per week. Clean and stock on course restrooms daily after completing duties in the clubhouse. Responsible to manage supply inventory and report to direct report and an all items the operation needs to be successful. Assist in scheduling housekeepers to ensure the clubhouse is clean and presentable all days of the week. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred, guest service or hospitality a plus??
Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting
Detail oriented, self-motivating and strong communicator, both written & verbal
Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
