Regional Portfolio Manager

Job Responsibilities Oversee portfolio's operational and financial performance to ensure achievement of established objectives. Expected to report on monthly budget variances, while providing revenue generating solutions or expense savings strategies to achieve financial goals. Perform quarterly property inspections/reviews to ensure operations are organized/managed per current policy and procedure. Review and gain approval for capital projects, including larger scale capital projects requiring multiple bids. Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage multiplebudgets. Demonstrated leadership ability and employee development skills. Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management. Experience with delinquencies, renewals, accounting, collection of rent, and conflict resolution of resident issues. Proficiency with property management software (YARDI Voyager preferred), revenue management software, Excel, and Word. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Minimum 5 years Multi-Site/Regional property management experience (leasing, marketing, maintenance, employee supervision and development, resident relations, vendor relations and negotiations). Bachelor's degree, CPM, CRM or other industry related accreditations preferred. Lease-Up, New Construction, Mixed Use and Institutional Client Experience preferred.
