Requirements Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase leads and sales

Conceptualize and optimize campaigns across multiple channels
Qualify leads via phone and email
Help to onboard new customers
Participate in global training calls

Qualifications 5 years of experience in talent acquisition

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Native or fluent in English
Highly motivated and looking for a big time growth opportunity
Experience with tools such as Unbounce Calendly and CRMs are a plus

Compensation: This is a commission only role

The average initial setup fee is about $2k and $150/monthly

Commissions are uncapped and up to $5k per new recruit
