Description Northwest Center's Early Supports Program is hiring for a Family Resources Coordinator (FRC)!
As a Family Resource Coordinator, you will play an integral role in helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) access the therapeutic services they need. You will work with a dynamic team and assist them by scheduling home visits with new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into Northwest Center's care. This role offers a manageable caseload of around 35 – 40. You will be providing a meaningful impact on your community by connecting children and families with early support services. Location:Greater Seattle Area
Schedule:Monday through Friday, Full-Time
Wage: $23.40 - $34.76 per hour DOE
