Amida is looking for a dynamic Systems Analyst that will perform systems analysis and evaluation and develop thorough and well documented assessments and recommendations for our clients. A successful candidate will provide comprehensive recommendations and solutions for existing and potential client programs and projects, work closely with our customers to understand their needs and existing IT infrastructure, capture their analysis in detailed and organized documentation and artifacts, and coordinate their acceptance and maintenance with our team and customers. The analyst will assist our project team in meeting program objectives timely and effectively, assume responsibility for process documentation and technical soundness, and ensure that their work is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
What you will do :
? Evaluate customer needs and provide recommendations for systems improvement
? Produce program documentation in support of technical and operational project delivery
? Attend and facilitate client meetings and maintain regular correspondence with clients
? Gather technical requirements and represent the company's technical interests to the client
? Coordinate interdependencies between the various workstreams on the project
? Use your knowledge and experience to guide decisions in system test design and planning
? Monitor industry trends and standards related to technology best practices and implementation of testing on Amida projects
? Develop and track project test plans and provide progress reports against plan both for internal and external audiences
Required Skills:
? 4 plus years of systems analysis / operations
? BS degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
? Experience working with customers to understand their needs, and translate them into robust program documentation
? Experience producing documenting of system architectures, interfaces, components, and protocols
? Experience functioning in or managing Agile-based projects
? Comfortable presenting to all levels of management and customers
? Hands-on technical skills with the inquisitiveness to learn products, work with them, and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement
? Familiarity with the Healthcare system, and a working understanding of the technologies, data interchange formats, and standards used (e.g. FHIR, EDI, OMOP)
? Comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid
problem solving
? Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
? Excellent written/verbal communications skills Preferred Skills: ? MS in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
? Prior experience working with data science, machine learning or natural language processing
? Industry Certifications in cloud technologies or project management
? Preferred experience in federal sector
? Security Clearance Eligible
