Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Support Manager to join our team at DISH Network. This position is remote work based in Phoenix, Arizona, US, and is part-time with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and hardworking personality.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve support operations and efficiency.3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve support processes.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Proven track record of successfully managing a support team.4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.5. Experience in people management and conflict resolution.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software.
