Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, control and monitor supply chain activities• Develop category strategies based on market conditions• Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes• Negotiate and maintain contractual terms• Provide strategic thinking and tactical support• Develop Supplier Performance Management Plans• Collaborate with Completion Supply Chain counterparts• Ensure activities are conducted as per Supply Chain Standards• Collaborate with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)• Maintain an attitude of diversity and inclusion
Requirements
• 1+ years of supply chain, business, or related technical experience• Strong ability to multi-task• Tactical and strategic thinking skills• Detail oriented and effective analytical skills• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications• 2+ years of supply chain, business, or related technical experience• Strong networking, interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to understand business needs and handle supply chain activities• Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships• Builds positive relationships and collaborates across organizational boundaries• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments• Listens actively and invites new ideas• Delivers positive results through realistic planning• Drives thoughtful and pragmatic change• Builds effective solutions based on available information• Analyzes stakeholder needs and global trends
