Responsibilities
• Obtaining quotes, all warranty repairs, replacements and loaner device distribution• Resolving incidents and other issues for fulfillment requests• Delivering timely and accurate information, support and services to all caregivers• Maintaining a focus on a positive customer service experience• Advising on employee (caregiver), business, and IS equipment• Evaluating orders and invoices with the ability to work with vendors• Identifying areas of risk and ensuring the proper and timely management of quotes, orders, order receiving, invoices, and other related team functions• Ensuring purchases are in compliance with established standards• Reviewing and mitigating KPI and SLA requirements• Procurement functional and system processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience• 5 years related experience• Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes• Experience with n-tier solutions• Experience with resilience modeling and ability to simulate service outages• Experience influencing software engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture• Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups• Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions• Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis• Accounting/procurement knowledge, including purchasing, internal audit, and inventory control principles
