Based in California we are a ENR leading Mechanical contract construction company, focused primarily on large mechanical comercial projects. Due to growth and demand we are currently seeking a Superintendent. that possess experience and skills within the mechanical construction industry.
If you are interested in joining an industry leading specialty contractor, please apply immediately! What You Will Be Doing Supervise construction/maintenance effort to insure projects are performed in accordance with contract, plans, budget and schedule. Plan, coorinate, and supervise on-site functions. You will Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures and standards. Assume responsibility for assigned portions of project schedule, productivity of crafts and efficient use of materials and equipment, as well as additional assignments based upon superivsors direction.
