Job Description:

Veritiv, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a full-time remote position at a Mid-to-Senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on customer engagement and satisfaction levels- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive long-term customer retention and growth- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to assess their needs and address any concerns- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on best practices and solutions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer relationship management tools- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients in person
