This role will be based in our Cambridge, MA HQ.We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner who will take ownership of the recruiting process from inception to onboarding. This role involves hands-on recruiting with strategic direction to the hiring process within the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers or Leaders to run a seamless recruiting process, identify, screen, and select the right candidates, and manage the offer process through to onboarding.Driven by a deep understanding of the Moderna culture and Mindsets, the biopharmaceutical industry, its competitors, and overall market conditions, you will proactively partner with HR, Recruiting Leads, and business leaders to understand Moderna's scaling and long-term workforce needs to develop robust, forward-thinking candidate pipelines through creative and innovative sourcing strategies and methods. You will act as an advisor, using market data analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies that enable future capability building, and influence stakeholders to act proactively regarding their current/future talent mix and talent market availability.Ideally, you will have a background in executive search, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a history of developing differentiated sourcing strategies in extremely competitive markets. You possess a strong ability to influence and guide internal stakeholders in a consultative way, using talent market data, while building deep, long-term relationships with passive talent.Here's What You'll Do:Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from opening to hire, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience across all stakeholdersPartner with key internal stakeholders such as the Candidate Experience Associate (CEA), Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops), Finance, Compensation (Comp), and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).Serve as a strategic partner to the business, aiming to run a seamless hiring process and improve recruitment outcomes.Utilize external and pipeline data to influence candidate slates and hiring decisions.Collaborate with Leaders up to the Senior Director level on roles within a sub-function or direct line.Conduct full-cycle sourcing, screening, assessment, and selection of candidates with minimal support from Talent Discovery, unless driven by business needs.Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years (7 yrs for Sr. Manager) of talent acquisition experience preferably within the biotech/pharma industry (in-house/corporate plus agency is ideal). Open to a mix of in-house/corporate and agency experienceDemonstrated track record of managing candidates and hiring managers across the recruiting lifecycleExceptional sourcing and candidate management.Expert skills in creatively assessing talent .A high drive for results.
