The selected candidate is accountable for:
Works as part of the program management team, along with a Senior Program Manager and Technical Director, to manage project execution and future program development.
Performs project status assessment using data from the finance office and the project team and advises the lead Program Manager
Works with the technical team to implement and update Program Plans and Integrated Master Schedule
Works with the Program team (engineering, finance, contracts, legal, etc.) to develop program status updates and present program health information to the PM and Program team.
Supports the PM in risk identification/mitigation tracking
Maintains actions and problem tracking systems and works with the Program team to find resolutions.
Assists in the identification, review, and analysis of business intelligence information supporting detailed market analysis.
Required Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or Science discipline
Ability to apply basic program management practices to support the overall execution of assigned programs.
Minimum of 5-years experience in position with relevant military operations or the advancement of technology for military applications
Experience working in a teaming environment, ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in software development or application of software intensive systems
Recent experience, knowledge, and proficiency in military tactical operations
Security Requirements:
