Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced CRM Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM deployment, administration, security, performance tuning, and data migration. Additionally, they should have a background in supply chain or logistics to effectively understand CRM workflows and integrations with various tools.
Responsibilities: Define technical architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Lead solution development, upgrades, testing, and deployment.Maintain platform structure, ensuring it meets enterprise requirements.Promote architecture principles and standards within IT groups.Perform other tasks as required.Requirements: Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including features, customizations, configurations, and integrations.Proven track record in CRM deployment, administration, security, performance tuning, and data migration.Background in supply chain or logistics to understand CRM workflows and integrations with various tools.Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Application Process: This position is confidential.
