Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting system issues related to Epicor ERP• Collaborate with users to understand and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations• Support the implementation of various ERP modules, focusing on areas such as purchasing, MRP, and Scheduling• Work closely with project teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions that align with business requirements• Assist in the development and delivery of user training programs to enhance end-users' proficiency in utilizing Epicor ERP functionalities• Create and maintain documentation to support end-users in performing their day-to-day tasks effectively• Collaborate with the IT team and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations• Participate in the testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches• Proactively identify recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences• Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize system performance
Requirements
• Proven experience providing technical support for Epicor ERP or a similar ERP system• Familiarity with purchasing processes, MRP, and Scheduling modules within an ERP system• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and cross-functional teams• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
