Senior Field Marketing Manager

Role Specific Job Duties:
Conceptualize and implement innovative field marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at distinguishing our brand in the market and resonating with target demographics.
Take the lead in organizing and executing industry expos, webinars, and other field activities, ensuring alignment with our product messaging and sales objectives.
Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to monitor lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion, ensuring seamless execution of marketing endeavors.
Identify and capitalize on customer engagement opportunities during events to enrich brand storytelling and bolster advocacy initiatives.
Provide support in planning and executing our annual customer summit, collaborating across teams to ensure a memorable event that fosters customer relationships.
Continuously explore emerging ideas, trends, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of field marketing efforts, driving heightened brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyze data to optimize event ROI and generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Oversee contracts and budget allocations to meet sales targets and organizational KPIs.
Foster robust relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Undertake other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
Possess 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Demonstrate expertise in event management and account-based marketing strategies.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
Showcase proficiency in project management and strategic thinking, with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships across teams.
Proficient in Salesforce and Asana; familiarity with Slack, Marketo, and 6sense.
Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
