This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance for computer and software related issues.Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application issues.• Resolve user-reported issues both remotely and on-site, as necessary.• Install, configure, and update software and hardware.• Maintain and troubleshoot devices including computers, printers, and phones.• Maintain an inventory of installations, licenses, and configurations.ABOUT YOU• Relevant Service Management / Technology certifications• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification advantageous• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a related role• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Apple Devices• Proven knowledge of platform thinking• Technical skills and knowledge of service management practices and lifecycleSouth32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
