We are seeking a hands-on
Social Media Marketing Manager
with expertise in:
Lead and train social team and optimize both organic and paid campaigns for better performance
Set up analytics and provide reports and insights on campaign performance
Create social marketing strategies and help in sales pitches
Ensure client marketing goals are met and able to improve results when needed

full-time, remote-work-at-home position
as our headquarters are in the US.
We do require team members to work 7am to 4pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
Create organic & paid social content calendars in coordination with the design team
Set up social media campaigns on various platforms and optimize performance
Work with social media team, provide ongoing training and team improvements
Perform channel audits
Develop comprehensive social media strategies
Assist in sales pitches and on client calls
Create and present monthly reports with KPI's
Superb English speaking and copywriting skills
Driven to get results and grow with the agency
