Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and email campaigns.Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and community gatherings.Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, equipment rental, and attendee registration.Ensure that all events run smoothly and meet or exceed client expectations.Manage the catering department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.Collaborate with culinary staff to develop innovative menu offerings and ensure high-quality food and beverage service.Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their catering needs and provide exceptional service.Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for marketing best practices across the organization.Must be 21 years old.Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).Legal authorization to work in the United States.Reliable transportation is a must.Proficiency Standards:
