As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The social media manager will help us expand our digital footprint and oversee our social communications efforts for Krasi, Greco, Bar Vlaha, Hecate, and more. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand presence across various social media platforms and drive engagement with our audience.
Position Summary: As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring cohesive brand representation, and driving audience engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our business objectives.
Objectives of this role Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output Align our brand with new and emerging trends Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging Identify new channels to embed our brand that aligns our marketing direction Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools Key Responsibilities: Implement Marketing Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each social media channel, defining goals, and campaign strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Determine Posting Schedules: Create and maintain posting schedules tailored to each platform, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery to maximize audience reach and interaction. Create Brand Identity: Adhere to established brand guidelines while developing a distinctive identity and voice for each restaurant across social media platforms. Maintain consistency with each restaurant's established brand identity while crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from competitors. Support Promotional Strategies: Utilize promotional materials effectively, including social ads, influencer partnerships, and organic traffic analysis to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Develop Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to foster meaningful interactions with our online community, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Devise Conversion Plan: Design and execute conversion strategies aimed at converting leads into customers through compelling social media content and targeted campaigns. Work with SEO: Leverage SEO strategies to optimize social media content for increased visibility, website traffic, and lead generation, collaborating with the marketing team to align with overall SEO goals. Analyze Data: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, blog posts, captions, and hashtags, that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms (specifically Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), analytics tools, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Experience working with cultural brands, demonstrating an understanding of how to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences while respecting cultural sensitivities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus. Strong familiarity with computers, email clients, and project management software (monday.com) Bonus: passionate about the food industry and hospitality.
