Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's social media accounts and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance to the marketing team- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in social media management- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Resilient and passionate attitude towards social media marketing- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Leadership abilities to manage social media team- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
