Position Title: Social Media Community Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Social Media Community Manager to nurture and grow our online community across various social media platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding the interests and needs of our audience, fostering positive engagement, and enhancing brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging community strategies tailored to our diverse online communities' interests and needs.
Act as a compassionate moderator, ensuring discussions and content align with community guidelines and contribute positively to the overall atmosphere.
Collaborate closely with our customer care teams to provide seamless communication and support across platforms, serving prospects and clients effectively.
Curate compelling user-generated content to increase engagement rates and encourage community participation.
Respond promptly and professionally to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Work closely with marketing and communications teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives and messaging.
Utilize data analysis to evaluate community engagement levels, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
Develop and execute crisis communication plans to address reputational risks promptly and effectively on social media channels.
Collaboration:
Partner with a dedicated team of social media experts to ensure the effective execution of our social media strategies and identify user-generated content.
Collaborate extensively with marketing, public relations, risk management, communications, and brand teams to align community management strategies across departments, fostering positive engagement and brand growth.
Work alongside our customer care team to appropriately assign, route, and resolve member comments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
2 to 4 years of experience in community management or a related role.
Proficiency in developing and implementing community engagement strategies.
Strong moderation skills to maintain a positive online environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customer care teams to provide seamless support.
Experience in curating user-generated content to increase engagement.
Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Ability to develop and execute crisis communication plans effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Experience in consumer financial services or similar regulated industries.
Familiarity with Sprinklr, Hearsay Social, and Adobe Analytics.
