Location: De Pere, WI
Position Summary Performs daily scheduling for the field service team in North America. Our customers operate manufacturing facilities in a wide range of industries. Our Schedulers play a critical role assigning and dispatching our field resources to our customer facilities.
The successful candidate will ensure the customer needs come first, while at the same time practicing excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. Your work is in a fast paced, friendly, team environment.
Essential Functions Effectively communicate with internal and external customers on a daily basis and demonstrate urgency to appropriately resolve customer requests. Work closely with internal and external customers to clarify the scope of work and schedule and ensure proper alignment of resources. Prepare and provide quotations for customers. Ability to read, understand, and identify special terms within customer purchase orders, EH&S documents, and other business documents. Demonstrates high attention to detail while searching, updating, and creating work items within a computerized system. Must be adaptable in dynamic environment with an easy-tempered personality and the ability to multi-task. Administer travel documentation when necessary for foreign travel. Provide back-up support to other scheduling positions during absences and high workload. Ability to understand and apply team policies, procedures and basic accounting functions Attend project and team meetings as needed. Other duties as assigned. Education 3 years related experience Associates/Bachelor's Degree in business, communication or related degree a plus Computer Skills Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office Packages SAP and/or Salesforce experience a plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
