Monitor incoming service requests and create work orders based on standardized timing expectations while exercising a high level of customer service Review and route communications to the appropriate person(s)/departments Update work orders with approvals and rejections Research the incoming request, verify address, duplications, and warranty history Utilize Third Party Work Order Management System Prioritize emergency and urgent requests based on customer's KPI Assist with special projects/tasks as necessary Other assignments at discretion of the department manager Job Specifications: Skills A confident, friendly, and professional Attention to detail Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks Able to quickly learn new programs Basic skills with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook Well-versed in email etiquette and business communication Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously Driven by daily performance goals Typing 50+ words per minute Education, experience, certifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college experience preferred 1+ years' experience in an office environment Physical and mental demands Ability to manage a large number of customer requests at any given time Ability to meet deadlines Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and stressful situations Ability to sit for an extended amount of time Ability to work on the computer for an extended amount of time Ability to work beyond 40 hours, as necessary Working independently and performing repetitive tasks EEO/MFDV
