This position is accountable for assisting the Service and Training teams in logistics, operations, data analysis, and tracking projects. Work performed will be hands on including working directly with the sales team to observe customer interactions and sales support, service, and training initiatives. Insights based on experiences and observations will be considered when implementing changes and designing new programs.
At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will have a clear understanding of how their studies directly contribute to their course of study and how this translates into the medical device industry.
This is a part-time summer internship position (less than 30 hours a week) working with the Service and Training Teams at Kestra.
Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Project: Multiple small defined projects distributed between the Service and the Training Departments will be assigned for completion over the internship term. Responsibilities will include assisting with sales support projects and on-going training coordination projects. Project Support: Co-lead sales support and training projects assigned by the project owners. Project Presentation: At internship end, the internship project results and findings will be presented to the Sales Operations team and the Kestra executive leadership.
