Job Summary:The Service Advisor at Audi of Melbourne is a key member of our customer service team in the auto industry. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Melbourne, Florida. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers by providing top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns, and managing the service process for their vehicles. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you advance in your career.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phoneListen to customers' concerns and needs and provide appropriate recommendations for serviceSchedule and confirm service appointments for customersReview service orders and communicate any necessary repairs or services to customersMonitor the progress of all services and communicate updates to customersAct as a liaison between customers and our technicians, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or issues that may ariseEnsure that all services are completed accurately and efficiently, following company and manufacturer standardsHandle customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate managerKeep track of all service records and maintain a clean and organized work areaStay up-to-date on the latest Audi products, services, and promotionsCollaborate with other team members to achieve department and company goalsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Audi vehicles and services is a plusPrior experience with dealership management software is a plusMust be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysEEOC statement:Audi of Melbourne is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
