Server - Senior Community - Flexible Hours - Remote

**Job Purpose**
As a vital member of our team, the Server plays a central role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Acting as the primary point of contact for our residents, they hold the responsibility of ensuring seamless service and addressing any concerns promptly and courteously. Servers are tasked with assisting diners throughout their meal, from taking orders to ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, thereby contributing to a memorable dining experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival
- Take and accurately relay food and drink orders, addressing any inquiries about menu items
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt order fulfillment
- Serve food and beverages to customers with attentiveness and care
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas and restock supplies as needed
- Prepare tables or food stations for incoming customers
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to ask relevant questions to enhance customer service
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or service industries preferred
- Capable of lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 40 pounds
