Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) is part of Citi's COO Controls organization, which supports the Enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk.The team develops and maintains reports and tools and is responsible for leading projects and automation effortsto lead and deliver transformational efforts across the firm.The individual in this role will report to the Controls Report Development & Support Lead.The team is responsible for the management, oversight, and implementation of global projects that enhance Citi's ability to proactively detect, measure and manage Operational Risk and other functions as needed.This role requires an individual with strong experience building BI solutions and a desire to work in a fast pace, agile and dynamic environment where priorities and expectations change.Key Responsibility Overview:The person in this role will be responsible for the design and development of Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards to support Regulatory and Executive-level reporting.They will be responsible for interfacing with business analysts to understand reporting requirements, identify data sources, scripting and coding within Tableau and interfacing with end-users and leadership to meet reporting objectives.Post build activities include:Data Management, Data Source Uploads, Interface with Technology for SDLC Deployment, and Providing Support to End-Users when needed.They must be able to influence in/out of their direct span of control, including local management and senior leaders across multiple functional disciplines.Additional Responsibilities Include:Develop, maintain and produce clear and concise executive-level reporting which allow end users to easily interpret analysis findings to make critical business decisionsPartner with data owners to create systemic connections to Operational and Compliance Risk datasetsIdentify data patterns and trends to examine past business and control performanceDevelop forward-looking reporting to help management anticipate and prepare for future eventsImplement strong internal controls over reporting lifecycle to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and audit-readinessEngage with cross-business and Line of Defense stakeholders to deliver on projects/initiatives and ensure reporting strategies are consistentManage timelines and deliverables independently with limited supervisionTranslate data and analysis clearly and concisely in order to be able to clearly communicate findings and recommended actions to senior leadership teamsEngage with Technology partners to manage SDLC process and oversee technology implementationsDevelop and Manage Adoption Strategies to ensure ROI with dashboard deploymentProvide transparency to senior leadership through regular updates Ensure Project plans, implementations, and new builds are Audit-ReadyEvaluate efficiency of existing reports and drive continuous improvementsJob Skills/Qualifications9-12 years of experience in reporting development with advanced experience building Tableau dashboardsAbility to lead the execution of business needs and manage technology lead effortsStrong understanding of Operational Risk & Control environmentAbility to develop & communicate senior level reports outlining problems and recommending solutions to resolveStrong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirementsExperience in Statistical Software / SAS, R, Hadoop, a plusCommitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform under pressureAbility to function independentlyProficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsEducationBachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Digital Design Engineering------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Wilmington Delaware United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$169,600.00 - $254,400.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
