Responsibilities The contact center is going through a transformation that encompasses both technology and process. This Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to manage Scrum/ AGILE delivery through the change to a new technology. The most significant change is a migration from the array of legacy (on-prem) call center applications to a single new (cloud-based) technology in Genesys.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise technology environment
+ Experienced with Agile Delivery
+ Agile/Scrum Master Certifications
+ Contact Center experience
Preferred Skills: + Utilities Experience
+ CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)
+ Experience with Genesys Contact Center Software
