Senior Supply Chain Program ManagerLocation: Redmond, WA (Overlake area)Microsoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth.

Responsibilities
• Drive strategic operational excellence, cross-functional supply planning rhythm of business, and business initiatives for CSCP.• Focus on developing, running, and improving processes to drive operational excellence in various areas of supply chain planning and execution.• Lead key strategic initiatives and cross-functional process improvements with key stakeholders.• Interface with demand planning, deployment, sourcing, logistics, data center operations and engineering to drive optimization, efficiencies, and improve delivery performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent experience.• 3+ years working experience in Operations and/or Supply Planning.• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders & Procurement, Operations, Planning, and Deployment functions.• Minimum of 10 years in program management and/or operations management in IT hardware supply chain.

• Analytical skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving• Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and deal with conflicting priorities and changes• Proficient with SQL, PowerBI, Excel modeling• Influencing skills and ability to build relationships across multiple layers in the organization
