Job Description Position Summary: The Senior Finance Manager - North America Manufacturing Operations is a direct report to the ISC Finance Director. The position has 3 direct reports and is responsible for the financial management of 9 manufacturing locations in North America. In addition, you will provide business decision support to the Directors of Manufacturing Operations in North America and their respective leadership teams. Specific responsibilities include: The manufacturing locations covered by this role include Mequon (WI), Ladysmith (WI), Middleton (WI), Milwaukee (WI), Richland Center (WI), Twinsburg (OH), East Setauket (NY), Devens (MA), and Cambridge (Canada) Key responsibilities include business decision support, guidance and oversight of the Plant Finance lead, FP&A processes, financial analysis, and internal controls FP&A processes include review and analysis of operating results, identification of risks and opportunities, and recommendation of actions to improve overall operational and financial performance of the individual plants Ensure meaningful business data is being provided to the ISC Leadership Team that helps improve decision making and financial performance Ensure predictability of financial results by driving effective AOP and quarterly forecasting processes Provide insight on how to optimize inventory levels and achieve Days on Hand (DOH) targets, and ensure robust inventory management processes are in place to minimize inventory shrink Develop financial analysis and business cases to support capital investments.
