Title: Senior Associate, Growth Operations & Strategic Initiatives
Location: Remote (opportunity for Hybrid work in Chicago, IL)
Role Description: The Growth Effectiveness & Strategy team at Oak Street Health supports the broader Growth organization to improve and expand our Growth strategy and operations. The Growth team is broadly focused on helping Oak Street Health engage more adults on Medicare in the communities we serve by introducing them to our innovative and transformative approach to providing high-quality care.
The Senior Associate of Growth Operations & Strategic Initiatives will report into the Director of Growth Operations & Strategic Initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership across the organization, including our Vice President of Growth Effectiveness, Senior Vice President of Growth Strategy and Performance, and our Chief Growth Officer to shape and execute Oak Street's strategy around Growth. This role will leverage Oak Street's growing data insights to design and implement new initiatives and programs to improve Growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and implementation skills, be self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced startup environment, while bringing his/her experience and innovative ideas.
Core Responsibilities: Shape and drive execution of strategic initiatives within the Growth team, from idea generation to design to supporting broader field roll-out
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Growth, Product, Data, Patient Experience & Service Operations to achieve alignment on key initiatives
Elicit feedback/input on these strategic Growth initiatives from various field cohorts (e.g., Outreach Managers, Outreach Executives, Regional Vice Presidents); work with central teams to iterate on workflows accordingly
Create metrics and reports to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement
Support content development for executive-level meetings (as needed)

Experience in a highly-analytical, fast-paced environment; management consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience a plus

An ability to self-prioritize and re-prioritize regularly, when needed
A history of taking ownership and delivering results

Unimpeachable integrity
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Experience working with cross-functional teams
3 - 6 years of relevant experience
US work authorization
