By collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partner teams, you will orchestrate impactful account-based marketing initiatives tailored to attract and engage enterprise-level customers globally.This is a hybrid role and will require you to work in our London office two days a week.Your Mission:Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute ABM strategiesEnhance awareness and generate qualified opportunities with renowned global brandsIdentify top accounts and their decision makers and key contacts, leveraging insights from firmographics, technographic, and intent dataUse data analysis to inform strategies that effectively engage and support prospects and customers, crafting personalized and integrated marketing campaignsDevelop customized content for target accounts (i.e., spanning website landing pages, emails, social content, paid media, etc.)Plan, execute, and monitor performance results for multiple customer acquisition channels and life cycle campaigns, continuously refining strategies based on insightsProvide regular updates on industry trends, company developments, and contacts to regional Account Development and Sales teams, identifying potential selling opportunitiesReporting: implement the right reports and dashboards to monitor progress on all ABM motionsIdentify and implement the tools and processes needed to be successfulWhat you need to succeed:3+ years of experience as an ABM Manager in e-commerceExperience measuring, reporting, and optimizing marketing campaignsAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a cross-functional environmentProven track record in developing and delivering impactful digital marketing campaignsStrategic and analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key campaign performance metricGoal-focused, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong multitasking abilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capacity to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materialsExperience using HubSpot, 6Sense, and SalesforceNice to have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related fieldWe care about your Growth and Well-being??
