Scientific Technician

Job Description
Target PR Range: 20-27/hr
*Depending on experience
Performs specific procedures for the screening and controlling of material used in the processing, manufacture and distribution of blood and plasma products.
Independently performs, interprets, and troubleshoots laboratory procedures related to unit and/or donor suitability testing and other assays as required.
Performs routine analytical testing using manual and automated methods and procedures.
Experience: 
2 years of experience preferred
Strong computer skills
communicates effectivelyEducation:
MLT or MT licensure in the state of Tennessee preferred
BS degree required
