Sap Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Build strong relationships with business SMEs, SAP COE cross domain architects and other IT teams to clearly understand the overall business objectives and functional process requirements. Translate the business objectives into actionable IT solutions and/or roadmap. Communicate effectively to technical team as well as business audience. Partner engagement with an onshore/offshore delivery model. Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program as needed collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls ' key values: integrity, teamwork, excellence, and accountability. Deliver full SAP life cycle implementation services in Order-To-Cash. Lead a team of SAP Architects, work across organizational boundaries for successful execution of SAP projects - ensuring on schedule, on-quality, and on-budget project performance. Use SAFe Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding others to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements. Keep up to date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies. Proactively suggest new ways of approaching tasks - to provide a better service to our customers.
