Within our Salesforce team, we have a department with broad expertise in Marketing Cloud, assisting our clients from platform implementation to campaign development, results tracking, customer journey creation, and marketing action automation, among others
What we'd like you to do
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Assisting our clients in the operation of Marketing Cloud in daily tasks such as incident review, email campaign sending, creation or modification of customer journeys, creation or modification of data extensions.
Design and develop email templates, journeys, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute email marketing campaigns.
Manage data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data imports, data cleansing, segmentation, and data extensions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms such as Salesforce CRM, external databases, and third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.
Implement marketing automation solutions using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other automation tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline marketing processes and workflows.
What we'd like you to bring
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Salesforce certifications, at least one of the below ones:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Interaction Studio Accredited Professional is a plus
Fluent in Spanish and English is a must. Other language will be a plus
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
