First: You will consult with individuals/businesses over the phone
Second: Listen to their tax problems
Third: Provide them with a solution designed specifically for their needs by our tax professionals
This is an entirely phone-based position; no face-to-face contact required Our managers and team leaders will always be available to answer questions on the spot and provide support at all times to make sure you succeed!

Sales experience (1 year) is preferred but not required
Experience working in the following industries could be a plus: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance
Outstanding telephone communication skills
