Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the Southern California area.• Generate new business through warm leads and networking within the industry.• Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Spend the first 30-60 days getting in front of customers, aiming to meet 15-20 customers per week.• Focus on securing sales of heavy equipment, including grapple buckets, breakers, and other construction machinery in the range of $6k to $110k.• Collaborate with rental companies that use our attachments and rent them out to other businesses.• Target large accounts and achieve annual sales goals, with the expectation of bringing in 750k-1M year one.
Requirements
• Proven experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably in construction.• Knowledge of the construction industry, market trends, and existing customer networks.• Ability to work independently and remotely, with the flexibility to drive to the office as needed.• Strong relationship-building skills and a warm lead approach.• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Flynt Lock) and willingness to adapt to various tools.• Familiarity with Construct Connect is a plus.• Hunter mentality and a track record of achieving sales targets.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits
