GTR is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our Carrier refrigeration, APU, and telematic sales efforts in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Wisconsin sales team in achieving set goals and targets. Allocate territories and set sales quotas for team members. Consult with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, or services. Consult with existing customers to provide additional products and services. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit in the region. Address customer complaints, staffing issues, and other operational challenges promptly. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to devise effective sales strategies and quotas aligned with dealership goals. Oversee hiring and disciplinary actions in adherence to company policies. Monitor and drive performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Promote and showcase new products effectively. Key Skills and Abilities: Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset. Self-awareness and accountability for actions and decisions. Proficient problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership and supervisory abilities. Qualifications: Experience within the transportation field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
